About the role
OLX Lebanon is seeking a proactive Sales Specialist to grow relationships with existing and new clients across an assigned territory. You will drive upselling, manage client accounts, and contribute to the company’s mission of empowering local businesses through a leading online marketplace.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential business customers through cold calling, referrals, networking and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Sell value‑added products and subscription services to new, expired or cancelled accounts.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales KPIs in both value and volume.
- Analyse territory performance, provide client training, and deliver regular performance reviews.
- Monitor client health metrics, ensure proper use of the platform and address any issues promptly.
- Communicate expectations clearly to maintain high client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification.
- 3–5 years of experience as a sales consultant, preferably with online sales exposure.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Valid driving licence and personal car for out‑of‑office meetings.
- Ambitious, target‑driven attitude with strong analytical capabilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- High computer literacy and comfort with online platforms.
