Sales Operations Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Intern to join OLX Lebanon’s fast‑growing team. You will support client account management by re‑engaging inactive customers, updating records and tracking engagement activity, while gaining hands‑on experience in sales operations, data handling and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing client accounts, analysing activity, engagement levels and listing performance to spot improvement opportunities.
• Conduct supervised follow‑up calls with clients to understand needs, maintain relationships and encourage platform usage.
• Support the uploading, management and quality‑checking of listings, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and completeness.
• Help identify inactive or outdated accounts and participate in data‑cleaning activities.
• Use Excel or internal tools under guidance to track tasks, update data and keep records organised.
• Contribute ideas for product‑package improvements aligned with client needs and business objectives.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Business Administration program.
• 0‑1 years of experience or prior internship in Sales Operations.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks consistently.
• Team‑player attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.
