Sales Representative – Boutique & Events

About the role

The Sales Representative will be the front‑line ambassador of Dry & Raw, engaging customers in the boutique and representing the brand at markets, exhibitions and other events. You will combine sales, product knowledge and hospitality to deliver an authentic, memorable experience that highlights the company’s artisanal Lebanese foods.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist boutique visitors, presenting the full range of cheeses, cold cuts, condiments and other specialty products.
• Offer tastings, provide detailed product explanations and make personalized recommendations.
• Operate the cash register, process payments accurately and issue receipts.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness, visual merchandising and product display standards.
• Set up and manage the company booth at external events, ensuring attractive presentation and consistent brand messaging.
• Engage event attendees, share the brand story, collect leads and feedback.
• Monitor inventory, report shortages and support restocking, labeling and food‑safety handling.
• Assist with logistics and preparation for special events and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, sales or hospitality environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate product benefits clearly.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced boutique and at public events.
