Sales Membership Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Membership Consultant to join our Fitness Zone team at Dbayeh Marina Waterfront. In this full-time, on-site role you will drive new membership sales, retain existing members and deliver outstanding customer service in a premium fitness environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell membership packages to prospective and existing clients.
• Handle inquiries, provide detailed information on membership options and answer questions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high retention rates.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with members to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming atmosphere and represent the Fitness Zone brand positively.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in membership sales and retention, preferably in the fitness or wellness sector.
• Strong communication and customer-service abilities to engage a diverse clientele.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to manage time effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with the capacity to thrive in a high-performance environment.
