Sales Agent – Forex & CFD Trading (Commission Based)

About the role

We are seeking motivated Sales Agents to join a leading global brokerage firm specializing in Forex, CFD, shares, commodities and crypto trading. The role offers full training and the chance to build a client portfolio in a fast‑moving, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow client trading portfolios.
• Provide guidance on a range of financial instruments including Forex, CFDs, shares, commodities and crypto.
• Execute sales and retention strategies to maximise client value.
• Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in sectors such as automotive, real estate, insurance, crypto or call‑center environments.
• Strong “closer” mentality driven by results and targets.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Leadership or team‑lead experience is advantageous.
