Sales Advisor / Financial Consultant

About the role

Valora Life Agency is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor / Financial Consultant to join its Beirut team. You will work directly with individuals and families, helping them secure their financial future through tailored life‑insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through networking and outreach.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments.
• Present appropriate life‑insurance products that match client goals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships based on trust and service excellence.
• Provide ongoing follow‑up and client support.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Interest or proven ability in sales and client relationship building.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or Lebanese Baccalaureate in Life Sciences or Economics & Sociology.
• Minimum age of 26 years.
• Strong personal network and ability to connect with people is highly preferred.
• No prior insurance experience required.
