Regional Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Medica Group is seeking a Regional Logistics Coordinator to oversee outbound deliveries across the MENA region. The role ensures smooth order processing, accurate invoicing, and efficient shipment transportation while supporting inventory and basic facility management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage local and regional outbound deliveries.
• Coordinate order picking, packing, deliveries, and returns with sales and logistics teams.
• Handle delays, mis‑discharges, and incidents promptly to minimise cost.
• Liaise with fleet teams, forwarders, and 3PL providers for order confirmation and shipment preparation.
• Prepare periodic reports for stakeholders and maintain accurate filing in ERP and email systems.
• Verify invoices, delivery notes, and promotions; resolve discrepancies.
• Execute system transactions in SAP (sales orders, returns, credit notes, stock transfers, promotions, invoices).
• Compute prices, discounts, commissions, and shipping charges.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities and maintain shipment documentation.
• Raise and manage Return Merchandise Authorisations (RMA).

Required profile

• Experience in logistics or supply‑chain coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Attention to detail for invoicing, stock transfers and regulatory compliance.
