Demand Supply Planning Manager

About the role

Union Healthcare Group is looking for an experienced Demand Supply Planning Manager to lead procurement planning, demand forecasting and inventory optimisation across the group. The role combines full supply‑chain leadership with accountability for landed‑cost calculation and customer invoicing accuracy, ensuring a cost‑effective and reliable flow of products from principals and suppliers to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and oversee a team of planning and procurement specialists.
• Drive demand forecasting and supply planning to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimising stock‑outs and excess stock.
• Apply strong knowledge of global supply‑chain operations and Incoterms to plan shipments and optimise freight, logistics and shipping costs.
• Oversee the customer invoicing process, ensuring accurate landed‑cost calculations and invoice pricing.
• Own the integrity of landed cost and customer pricing to support target profitability.
• Manage receipt and movement of goods and lead credit‑note recovery from suppliers and principals.
• Define and track KPIs for planning accuracy, inventory health, service levels and logistics cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Pharmacy or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning or procurement, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution.
• Solid command of Incoterms, international shipping and import/customs processes.
• Proven team‑leadership and people‑management experience.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and/or French an advantage.
