Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Senior Procurement Specialist supports all non‑merchandise procurement activities, ensuring an efficient procurement function across business units. The role focuses on food & beverage (F&B) sourcing, inventory management, and cost optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and compile data to produce routine reports, schedules, proposals, summaries, and correspondence for F&B procurement tasks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop accurate forecasts for overseas orders.
• Research new F&B suppliers, evaluate products, and negotiate pricing.
• Predict major cost drivers and market influences for assigned commodities.
• Assist in strategy formulation, including spend analysis with market and geographic considerations.
• Manage consumables inventory, monitor warehouse stock levels for dry and frozen foods, and analyse purchasing behaviours to reduce costs.
• Maintain long‑term supplier relationships, encouraging feedback and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant procurement experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
