National Field Force Manager

About the role

Philip Morris International is looking for a strategic and results‑oriented National Field Force Manager to lead commercial initiatives across the country. You will design and implement field strategies, guide both direct and indirect reports, and ensure the successful execution of our conventional and smoke‑free product portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute nationwide strategic plans for field operations, aligning activities with corporate objectives.
• Lead, recruit, train and mentor a diverse team of field representatives, supervisors, coaches and hostesses.
• Optimize field processes, implement best practices, and digitalize route‑to‑market (RTM) and data collection.
• Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and provide constructive feedback to close performance gaps.
• Manage the field operations budget, monitor expenses, and ensure cost‑effective resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships with retailers, trade partners and wholesalers.
• Prepare regular reports, analyze data trends, and use insights to continuously improve field performance.

Required profile

• Strategic and results‑driven mindset with proven experience leading field teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial strategies at a national level.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of recruiting, training and mentoring diverse personnel.
• Experience managing budgets, resources and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
