About the role
This internship offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic Human Resources environment, allowing you to contribute to a variety of HR projects across talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Screen CVs, conduct initial outreach, and maintain the talent pool database.
- Support tracking and reporting of recruitment KPIs.
- Update training matrices, records, and assist with job description reviews.
- Help with internal communication initiatives, employee engagement projects, and logistics for giveaways and events.
- Participate in well‑being and employee care initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including personnel documentation and day‑to‑day HR operations.
Required profile
- Master’s student specializing in Human Resources, Management, or Business.
- Fluent in French, English, and Arabic.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
- Previous internships in HR or a related field are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
