About the role
We are looking for an experienced High‑Ticket Indoor Telesales Closer to join our team in Antelias. The role focuses on nurturing long‑term leads, managing the sales pipeline, and converting qualified prospects into clients for premium medical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Nurture and follow up with long‑term leads.
- Manage CRM systems and keep customer records accurate.
- Handle high‑ticket sales objections professionally.
- Guide prospects through the sales process until closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Coordinate with patients to ensure a positive experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Required profile
- Proven experience in high‑ticket sales.
- Previous experience in medical sales and lead nurturing.
- Mandatory experience in patient coordination.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Empathetic, patient‑focused, and able to work independently.
