Full Stack Software Developer (AI‑native)

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join its remote‑first team. You will design, build and maintain end‑to‑end features, from database and back‑end services to the front‑end screens used daily by grant managers across the UK and beyond. The role is AI‑native, meaning you will regularly use modern AI tools to accelerate development and embed AI capabilities into the Flexigrant platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full‑stack features.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code following best practices.
• Leverage AI tooling daily for problem‑solving, code generation, review and faster delivery.
• Contribute to technical discussions, architectural decisions and code reviews.
• Debug and resolve issues across the application stack.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and team to refine requirements into working software.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.
• Help improve development processes and support the production environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of professional software development experience.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced Agile environment.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to adopt AI tools as a core part of the workflow.
