About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice customer support in a fully remote setting. You will handle chat and email inquiries, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, professional assistance via chat and email in both French and English.
• Address customer questions, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate, easy‑to‑understand solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality support.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in French and English.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and reliable work habits.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
