Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document every interaction in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
