About the role
Solidarités International is seeking a Finance & HR Manager to support its operations in Lebanon. Based in Beirut, the role involves frequent travel to the Saida and Tripoli bases and focuses on strengthening financial reporting, budgeting and human‑resource processes during a period of increased workload.
Key responsibilities
- Complete accounting and internal reporting for Q1, Q2 and Q3 of 2026.
- Prepare budget proposals for upcoming funding opportunities (e.g., OCHA, GIZ).
- Provide financial management support to budget holders in the coordination office and field bases.
- Deliver training to administrative supervisors on accounting and financial management.
- Assist with project audits, donor reporting and operational support across bases despite reduced staffing.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 0‑2 years experience in the humanitarian sector.
- 0‑2 years experience in a similar finance/HR position.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Saida and Tripoli.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and limited resources.
