About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support our General Manager. The role ensures smooth daily operations by managing schedules, communications and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, format and organise documents, reports and presentation materials.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the GM.
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails and mail.
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Assist with special projects and events as required.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a high level of discretion.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
