Design Architect – Modular Housing (3-7 yrs experience)

About the role

We are looking for a Design Architect to lead the creation of modular concrete houses. The role involves designing, rendering and preparing detailed documentation for prefabricated homes from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and render modular concrete houses of various styles using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and 3Dmax.
• Produce execution and shop drawings for each project.
• Extract the bill of quantities and assemble subcontractor packages.
• Quote, compare and negotiate subcontractor offers.
• Coordinate with clients on design, construction schedule and contractual matters.
• Prepare drawings and quotations for new house models and support the sales team technically.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with prefabricated construction.
• Mandatory ability to create high‑quality 3D renderings.
• Proficiency in Excel for BOQ preparation.
• Strong negotiation skills with subcontractors.
• Enrollment in the OEA (if applicable).
