Brand Commercial Executive (Remote – Lebanon)

About the role

The Brand Commercial Executive will support the Brand Manager in driving commercial performance, managing inventory health and coordinating activities across departments and markets. This remote position is based in Lebanon and is ideal for analytical, detail‑oriented professionals who are passionate about brand performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Brand Manager with sales forecasts, demand planning and pricing, promotions and assortment decisions.
• Monitor daily sell‑in and sell‑out performance, prepare weekly commercial reports and track order confirmations, delivery timelines and replenishment.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning on stock levels, slow‑moving items and re‑ordering cycles; maintain accurate product master data.
• Support new product launches, product lifecycle updates and clearance planning for discontinued SKUs.
• Prepare monthly sales, stock and forecast‑accuracy reports, consolidate sell‑through data across markets and update key KPIs.
• Contribute to Quarterly Business Review presentations and work closely with Finance, Marketing, Demand Planners and principals on forecasts, promotions and order status.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial, supply‑chain or brand‑related roles.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities with a focus on data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in beauty, FMCG or retail sectors is a plus.
• Based in Lebanon and able to work remotely.
