About the role
We are seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join our research‑intensive biopharmaceutical company. In this role you will act as the primary liaison for our products and services, building strong relationships with key customers to drive revenue and improve patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long‑term external relationships with a defined customer base, ensuring high satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Serve as the main interface for all products and services, creating demand by raising their profile with customers.
- Engage senior management or executives at strategic accounts to understand needs and align them with company offerings.
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities to meet long‑term company objectives.
- Partner with customers to apply innovative solutions that meet their needs and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, solutions, marketing) and key opinion leaders to exceed expectations.
- Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term account plans, anticipating customer needs and objections.
Required profile
- Proven track record in sales and account management with ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Strong relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities to tailor offerings for key accounts.
- Industry knowledge in the Human Health sector.
- Leadership qualities, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
