Area Sales Manager (Beirut to Saida)

About the role

The Area Sales Manager will cover the market from Beirut down to Saida, promoting and selling construction products to contractors and developers. You will generate leads, present solutions, and work toward monthly and annual sales targets while representing the company in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new leads using internal databases and on‑site research of construction sites and companies.
• Conduct cold calls, in‑person visits, and presentations to prospective and existing customers.
• Obtain project drawings from leads to prepare accurate quotations.
• Apply a consultative sales approach to match client needs with the right products.
• Assist sales engineers in drafting clear proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Participate in trade shows and industry conventions.

Required profile

• 2 to 7 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or related markets.
• Outdoor work experience is essential.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of the local market and construction sector is a strong advantage.
