AI Resource Manager

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking an experienced AI Resource Manager to lead and optimise its AI talent ecosystem across multiple subsidiaries in Lebanon. You will act as the central liaison between AI teams and business units, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and high‑performance delivery of AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Aspire’s AI resources and its subsidiaries, coordinating communication and operational support.
• Oversee day‑to‑day management of AI resources, tracking performance, utilization, engagement, and escalations.
• Build relationships with subsidiary leadership to understand project pipelines, AI initiatives, and future resource needs.
• Monitor AI and automation project types across the organisation, aligning skills with business demand.
• Organise internal seminars, workshops, and training sessions on AI trends, tools, and best practices.
• Promote an AI‑aware culture and continuous learning across the group.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain a scalable, flexible AI resource model.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing AI talent.
• Prepare regular operational, utilization, and performance reports for management.
• Support performance management, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in resource management, people management, engineering operations, project coordination, or technology consulting.
• Strong people‑management and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven track record of building trust and maintaining effective working relationships.

Required skills

• Good understanding of AI and Generative AI.
• Knowledge of automation technologies.
• Familiarity with modern software development environments.
