About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to bridge clients and internal teams, ensuring the IRMS Suite is configured to meet specific medical information workflow requirements. The role combines strong analytical thinking with an AI‑first mindset to streamline requirements gathering and system configuration.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Configure the IRMS Suite to support medical information workflows and compliance standards.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with product and implementation teams.
• Support validation, testing, and deployment activities for successful roll‑outs.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices in medical information management.
• Lead client workshops and industry‑facing engagements as needed.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to streamline documentation and configuration tasks.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into client and internal processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, enterprise software, or life‑sciences technology.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills, with ability to lead discovery sessions.
• Analytical mindset, detail‑orientation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
• Background in pharma/biotech solutions preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with documentation tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted productivity platforms (e.g., Claude, Copilot).
• Hands‑on experience configuring enterprise SaaS applications.
