AI Engineer – Automation

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking an AI Engineer to design, deploy and improve AI agents and agentic workflows that automate routine operational tasks, augment teams and boost speed, quality and scalability across the business. The role focuses on high‑impact areas such as Support, Sales, Professional Services and internal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer‑facing products using Next.js, Python and PostgreSQL.
• Develop AI‑powered features, including data retrieval, agentic workflows and natural‑language interfaces.
• Implement integrations with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and hospitality systems.
• Own the data layer: schema design, query performance and data exchange with external systems.
• Design, test and roll out AI agents that automate repetitive, rules‑based work while preserving human judgment for sensitive interactions.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to identify high‑value use cases and ensure adoption of AI solutions.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in Python and TypeScript/Next.js.
• Demonstrated experience delivering features on LLM APIs, including prompt design, structured output, quality evaluation and cost management.
• Hands‑on use of AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, with sound judgment on verification and error handling.
