AI Developer

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking an AI Developer to design, build, and ship full‑stack applications where artificial‑intelligence capabilities are integral to the product. The role is based in Lebanon and focuses on delivering LLM‑powered features for real customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch full‑stack applications using modern front‑end frameworks (e.g., React) and robust API/service layers.
• Build end‑to‑end LLM features, including prompt and context engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines, structured outputs, and agent workflows.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to accelerate implementation while maintaining architecture quality.
• Create and maintain evaluation frameworks for AI features, including golden datasets, automated tests, regression testing, and production monitoring for drift.
• Own feature development from ambiguous requirements through CI/CD deployment, observability setup, and post‑launch iteration.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) into production applications.
• Fluency in prompt engineering, including system prompts, few‑shot examples, structured outputs, and tool/function calling.
• Understanding of token economics, cost management, and model selection trade‑offs.
• Experience building quality evaluation and output validation frameworks for AI features.
• Awareness of AI‑specific risks such as hallucination, prompt injection, data leakage, and output inconsistency.
