AI Automation Engineer

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to join its Lebanon team. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and continuously improving AI agents and agentic workflows that automate routine operational tasks, augment teams, and boost speed, quality, and scalability across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch AI agents that support support triage, sales assistance, onboarding, knowledge handling, reporting and analysis.
• Integrate agents with CRM, ERP, internal tools, SaaS platforms and APIs, using multi‑step workflows, decision logic and orchestration patterns.
• Identify repetitive PDLC (Product Development Life‑Cycle) tasks and convert them into scalable AI‑assisted workflows, linking with Jira, Confluence, GitHub and other service platforms.
• Partner with product, engineering, QA, support and other stakeholders to pilot, refine and scale agentic workflows.
• Redesign business processes so that rule‑based work is handled by AI where safe, while preserving human oversight for judgment‑heavy or sensitive interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and deploying AI‑driven automation solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with functional leaders and frontline teams to identify high‑value use cases.
• Ability to move quickly from idea to pilot to production while maintaining quality and reliability standards.
• Understanding of safe AI deployment and human‑agent division of labour.
