About the role
The client in Lebanon seeks an experienced Accounting and Finance Manager to shape the company’s financial strategy and support senior leadership. You will work closely with the CEO and executive team, overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, audits, compliance and bank relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on investment strategies and lead the financial advisory function.
- Provide leadership, direction and management of the Finance and Accounting team.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting processes and oversee the preparation of all financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate company audits.
- Maintain and develop relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Required profile
- Strong finance‑based analytical skills.
- Minimum 10 years of finance experience, preferably in advisory or consulting.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA or CPA are a major plus.
