Accountant Team Leader – On-site in Beirut

About the role

Codimex Group is seeking an experienced Accountant Team Leader to oversee all accounting operations at its Beirut office. You will manage financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while leading a team of accounting professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise accounting staff and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, financial statements, and cost analyses.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and audit requirements.
• Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to present financial information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (Master’s or CPA/CA preferred).
• Proven experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audits.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Familiarity with African markets or local regulations is a plus.
• Multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
