Senior Financial Reporting and Consolidation Officer

About the role

Spinneys is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting and Consolidation Officer to lead the preparation and consolidation of its financial statements in line with IFRS and group reporting standards. The role will act as the main liaison with external auditors and support the implementation of technical accounting policies across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements in compliance with IFRS and group reporting requirements.
• Coordinate directly with external auditors during audits and ensure timely resolution of audit queries.
• Support technical accounting matters and drive the implementation of IFRS standards across all entities.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Mandatory IFRS diploma or certification.
• Strong foundation in financial reporting and accounting principles.
