Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will build and maintain long‑term relationships with merchants and partners, driving sales of payment processing solutions. You will be responsible for prospecting, onboarding, and supporting clients to ensure satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales activities to exceed revenue forecasts.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients, handling change requests and queries.
• Conduct regular check‑ins and business reviews with merchants to monitor satisfaction and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and implement payment solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot payment‑related issues.
• Attend industry events and perform competitor analysis.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales and account status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or in sales of credit‑card and payment solutions, preferably in eCommerce or FinTech.
• Professional proficiency in English and the local language.
• Proven ability to sell to key decision‑makers and manage client relationships.
