Video Creator & Social Media Specialist

About the role

Saray Real Estate is looking for a creative Video Creator & Social Media Specialist to produce engaging visual content that showcases properties and lifestyle experiences. You will work on‑site in Jbeil, collaborating closely with the founder to shape the brand’s digital presence as the company expands regionally.

Key responsibilities

• Film property walkthroughs, lifestyle pieces, and brand videos directly on location.
• Edit short‑form reels and videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Write and test hook statements that capture audience attention.
• Manage posting schedules and monitor performance metrics.
• Iterate content strategy based on data‑driven insights rather than aesthetics.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates content performance.
• Own camera equipment or an equivalent setup.
• Sharp instinct for hooks, pacing, angles, and viewer retention.
• Ability to commute to or be based in Jbeil.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent video‑editing software.
