Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the digital presence of our real‑estate development company. The role combines on‑site content creation with strategic social‑media management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company’s Instagram presence, including a content calendar.
• Visit construction sites regularly to capture photos and videos of project progress.
• Shoot, edit, and publish Reels, Stories, posts, and short‑form video content.
• Create visual concepts that showcase projects, architecture, locations, and lifestyle.
• Write engaging captions and project‑related copy.
• Coordinate professional photography, videography, and drone shoots when needed.
• Monitor social‑media performance and support digital advertising campaigns.

Required profile

• Creative, proactive, and digitally minded with strong independent work ethic.
• Comfortable visiting active construction sites and managing multiple content schedules.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Interest in real‑estate, architecture, construction, design, and lifestyle content.

Required skills

• Proficient with Instagram, Reels, and Stories.
• Ability to shoot quality photos and videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Independent short‑form video editing skills.
