About the role
We are looking for a trilingual Call Center Specialist to join our team in Beirut on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in English, Arabic and French, qualifying prospects and ensuring only serious, verified clients move forward in our process.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming leads, verify intent and qualify them for our services.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls in English, Arabic and French.
- Clearly explain service offerings and answer client questions over the phone.
- Log all call interactions and lead data accurately in the system.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to pass on qualified cases.
Required profile
- Confident, articulate and highly organized.
- Comfortable handling high‑volume calls.
- Fluent in English, Arabic and French.
