Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join The Premium Booker’s remote team. You will help high‑end clients secure Business and First Class flights worldwide, delivering personalized service from the first inquiry through to post‑travel support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming travel requests, assess client needs, budget and preferences.
• Research, compare and present premium flight options, advising on routes, airlines and schedules.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings using strong sales and negotiation techniques.
• Manage changes, cancellations, refunds and resolve travel‑related issues.
• Recommend complementary services such as hotels, tours and packages.
• Maintain accurate client and booking records.
• Support the wider team and contribute to company growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Travel Agent or Travel Consultant.
• Deep knowledge of international airlines, routes and premium travel products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple requests.
