Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Travel Consultant to join our growing agency. In this role you will assist clients in planning and booking their trips, ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Book and issue flight tickets, hotel reservations, transportation, and travel packages.
• Advise clients on destinations, travel options, and budgets.
• Research destinations, hotels, and attractions to provide up‑to‑date recommendations.
• Handle reservations, travel documents, amendments, cancellations, and refunds.
• Resolve client issues before, during, and after travel.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed on airline fares, industry trends, and new travel products.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in travel consulting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing systems, travel destinations, and booking platforms.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Experience with visa processing is advantageous.
