About the role
Lala Chicken is looking for an experienced Cashier & Counter Operator to manage front‑desk transactions, order intake and counter workflow at its Achrafieh branch, ensuring fast and accurate service for dine‑in, take‑out and delivery guests.
Key responsibilities
- Operate POS systems to process cash, credit card and digital orders.
- Maintain accurate billing, issue receipts and balance the cash register at shift end.
- Communicate special orders and dietary preferences to the kitchen.
- Keep the counter area clean, organized and stocked.
- Resolve basic customer queries promptly and professionally.
Required profile
- Previous hands‑on experience in retail cashiering, customer service or restaurant operations.
- Local residency in Achrafieh or nearby area preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Basic math and cash handling.
