About the role
The Minibar Server supports the Housekeeping & Laundry department by servicing minibars in hotel rooms and suites, ensuring accurate inventory and guest billing while upholding the hotel’s service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Service all minibars within hotel rooms and suites.
- Perform stock taking and regular inventory of minibar items.
- Accurately record minibar consumption on guest folios.
- Check expiry dates and product quality, reporting any damaged items.
- Assist with scheduled inventories of products and equipment.
- Maintain a positive, motivated attitude and exercise self‑control.
Required profile
- Education: High School or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping service role is a plus.
- Competencies: Ability to work under pressure, excellent written and verbal communication, professional and ethical approach, people‑oriented, flexible, tolerant and open‑minded.
