Telemarketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our fast‑growing, YC‑backed sales organization expanding into Lebanon. You will work on high‑volume outbound campaigns for globally recognised brands and fast‑growing AI companies, gaining exposure to dozens of products across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls using an in‑house dialer and engage decision‑makers to understand their business needs.
• Qualify prospects, book high‑quality sales meetings and accurately record outcomes in the provided systems.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI‑related products, adapting quickly between industries and offers.
• Handle objections and unexpected questions confidently without relying heavily on scripts.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and other SDRs to meet individual and team performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or above) with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong resilience, patience and persistence to handle frequent rejection.
• Highly motivated, competitive and willing to make several hours of cold calls each day.
• Coachable mindset, able to absorb feedback and improve rapidly.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM‑6:00 PM onsite at Beirut Digital District.
