Specialist, Commercial & Contracts

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, personable, and commercially‑minded Specialist to support client relationships, commercial opportunities, contracts, and licensing activities across our international markets. The role blends commercial, contractual, and business‑development responsibilities with regular interaction with clients, partners, licensors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and communications with clients and prospective partners.
• Support proposals, RFPs, presentations, budgets, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts.
• Facilitate smooth handover from commercial discussions to project execution.
• Work with Finance on invoicing, receivables, purchase orders, and related documentation.
• Assist licensing opportunities, negotiations, renewals, royalty tracking, and licensor relationships.
• Maintain client, sales, pipeline, and contract records.
• Prepare commercial information, forecasts, and reports.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in commercial, business development, contracts, legal, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline (Master’s a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to represent the company in client and partner meetings.
• Organized, proactive, commercially minded, and personable.
• Good understanding of contractual matters with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally with a passport offering broad visa‑free access.
