Software Sales Engineer (US Time Zone) – Remote

About the role

Iron Software is looking for a Software Sales Engineer who will blend technical expertise in C# and .NET with a strong sales instinct. The role is fully remote and operates on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US and European markets, supporting customers through demos, troubleshooting, and hands‑on guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers via email, live chat, and video calls to capture technical requirements and recommend solutions.
• Deliver clear, engaging product demonstrations tailored to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Provide real‑time live‑chat and ticket support, investigate issues, and escalate bugs to the Product Support Team.
• Use C# and .NET skills to replicate customer problems, create proof‑of‑concepts, and suggest work‑arounds.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists, Helpdesk, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact to onboarding.
• Document all interactions, log technical findings, and share insights to improve products and processes.

Required profile

• Business‑fluent or native‑level English communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical sales, support, or engineering role.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET development.
• Ability to work night‑shift hours (approximately 8 pm start) and adapt to schedule changes.
