Social Media Publisher – Entry Level

About the role

Media Mingle, a digital marketing agency in Beirut, is looking for an entry‑level Social Media Publisher. The role is focused on the technical side of publishing – scheduling, quality assurance, and monitoring – across a variety of client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Upload pre‑approved content, captions and media, and ensure posts go live on schedule on all platforms.
• Handle daily publishing for multiple client accounts, including corporate brands, creators and high‑volume media pages.
• Review each post for accurate captions, links, images, videos and formatting before publishing.
• Maintain an organized publishing queue and keep the content calendar up to date.
• Monitor account health, check platform notifications and promptly report policy violations or restrictions.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with 0–1 year of experience.
• Detail‑oriented with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Flexible to work rotating shift schedules and able to work on‑site in Achrafieh.
• Familiarity with social media publishing tools and platform dashboards.

Required skills

• Experience using Metricool for scheduling content.
• Proficiency with Airtable to manage content calendars and workflows.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite for Facebook/Instagram publishing.
• Ability to navigate YouTube Studio for video publishing and account monitoring.
