Social Media Manager – Abidjan

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence in Abidjan. You will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our marketing goals and drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube and Snapchat.
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars, coordinating graphics, videos, reels, stories and copy.
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and handle escalations.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns, monitoring budgets and ROI.
• Track performance with analytics tools, produce weekly/monthly reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Ensure brand consistency, protect online reputation and support crisis communication when needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations and external agencies or influencers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
• Proven record of growing online communities and increasing engagement.
• Experience with paid social media campaigns and performance analysis.
