Skincare Consultant & Store Specialist

About the role

Antati is seeking an experienced Skincare Consultant & Store Specialist to become the face of our flagship store in Ashrafieh, Beirut. You will deliver personalized skincare consultations, educate customers on product benefits, and ensure an exceptional in‑store experience that drives loyalty and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Perform personalized skincare consultations and recommend evidence‑based routines.
• Explain ingredients, product benefits, and proper usage to customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and manage the overall in‑store experience.
• Support retail sales targets and maintain merchandising standards.
• Follow up with clients post‑purchase to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with headquarters on product launches and training.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in skincare consultation or cosmetic retail.
• Strong understanding of skin types, common conditions, and ingredient efficacy.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and good English proficiency.
• Professional appearance and passion for skincare.
• Sales experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of skincare ingredients and product formulations.
