About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Shop Managers and Sales Associates to join Hinnawi International Group’s fashion stores located in major malls across Beirut. You will represent well‑known international brands and contribute to a vibrant retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, ensure visual merchandising standards and control stock levels.
- Lead and motivate the store team, schedule shifts and train staff on product knowledge and customer service.
- Deliver excellent customer service, assist shoppers with product selection and styling.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and monitor key performance indicators.
- Maintain store cleanliness and uphold brand image throughout the day.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail management (for Shop Manager) or retail/customer service (for Sales Associate).
- Strong leadership, communication and customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for fashion and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
