Shop Manager – Bridal & Evening Boutique

About the role

The Shop Manager leads the daily operations of Esposa Group’s bridal and eveningwear boutique, ensuring an unforgettable experience for every client. This senior‑level position combines strategic sales leadership with hands‑on boutique management, overseeing everything from client consultations to inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a client‑first culture, delivering personalized service to brides and VIP customers.
• Supervise online inquiries and coordinate digital communication with the Floor Coordinator.
• Maintain deep knowledge of all bridal and eveningwear brands and train the team accordingly.
• Approve and guide custom gown orders, ensuring compliance with Maison standards.
• Analyze market trends to inform buying decisions and client recommendations.
• Set and monitor sales targets, manage budgets, and produce performance reports.
• Enforce boutique policies, maintain a pristine environment, and oversee tailoring operations.
• Validate weekly reports, liaise with Head Office, and ensure accurate inventory counts.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate boutique staff, fostering accountability and collaboration.
