Service Provider Sourcing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage U.S.-based commercial maintenance and repair projects from request to completion. The role involves sourcing technicians, negotiating rates, scheduling visits, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely follow‑up on multiple work orders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and repair work orders from initiation through documentation, technician payment, and closure.
• Source qualified technicians and service providers across the United States for various trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and general maintenance.
• Negotiate competitive rates, coordinate schedules, and provide technicians with detailed work order information.
• Research technical issues, prepare accurate quotes and scopes of work, and coordinate procurement of required parts and materials.
• Monitor job progress, costs, profitability, and technician performance, while maintaining continuous communication with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure and handle multiple active work orders daily.
• Previous experience in operations, coordination, dispatching, customer service, or similar fast‑paced roles.
• Availability for full‑time onsite work in Jdeideh, Beirut and for U.S.-aligned night shifts (approx. 4 PM–1 AM).

• Excellent verbal communication with U.S.-based technicians, vendors, and clients.
• Analytical and detail‑oriented approach for researching unfamiliar technical topics.
