Coffee Specialist / Promoter (2‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, customer‑oriented Coffee Specialist/Promoter for a two‑month promotional assignment. You will represent our coffee brand, introduce customers to our products, and create an engaging coffee experience in‑store.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Promote the coffee brand, explaining product qualities, flavors, and key selling points.
• Prepare and serve coffee samples while maintaining presentation and hygiene standards.
• Explain coffee varieties, origins, flavors, and preparation methods.
• Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and encourage purchases.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized promotional area and monitor product availability.
• Support special offers, in‑store campaigns, and gather customer feedback for the supervisor.

Required profile

• Previous experience in coffee, hospitality, retail, sales, or promotional activities is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and outgoing.
• Sales‑oriented with the ability to recommend products based on customer preferences.
• Well‑presented, professional, and able to stand for extended periods in a busy retail environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends when required.
