Senior Travel Consultant

About the role

The Senior Travel Consultant will work on‑site in Beirut, designing and coordinating premium travel experiences linked to Chateau Marsyas. You will create bespoke itineraries that include winery visits, regional tours and hospitality arrangements for clients, partners and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Design and coordinate customized travel itineraries, including winery tours and regional excursions.
• Handle all reservations, bookings and travel logistics to ensure seamless end‑to‑end service.
• Consult with clients to understand preferences, provide tailored recommendations and manage any changes or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all travel activities and bookings.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to optimise travel options and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience in travel consulting, travel management and customer service.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Proven ability to work on‑site in Beirut and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Professional, service‑oriented attitude in a senior client‑facing role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel booking systems and reservation platforms.
• Competence in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
