About the role
Beesline is seeking a detail‑oriented Demand Planner to join its Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for creating accurate forecasts and supporting the S&OP process.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends and business insights.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with Procurement and Production to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing to incorporate promotions, new product launches and market dynamics.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and demand patterns to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the S&OP process with data‑driven recommendations and reporting.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain planning.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with ERP and forecasting systems (preferred).
