Dispatch Coordinator – US Maintenance Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to manage U.S.-based commercial maintenance and repair projects from the initial request through successful completion. The role involves sourcing technicians, negotiating rates, scheduling site visits, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and repair work orders from request to closure, including documentation and technician payment.
• Source and coordinate qualified technicians across the United States for various trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and general maintenance.
• Negotiate competitive rates, schedule site visits, and provide technicians with detailed work order information.
• Research technical issues, prepare accurate quotes and scopes of work, and coordinate procurement of parts and materials.
• Monitor job progress, costs, profitability, and resolve operational issues quickly.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and detail‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in operations, coordination, dispatching, customer service, or similar roles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in coordinating multiple active work orders simultaneously.
• Ability to research unfamiliar technical topics and quickly learn new information.
